Full Journal pdf2004-03-02 Senate Journal Page 2368 SJR 27 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27 Relating to the resolution of submerged land title disputes, which had been read the second time and returned to the Rules Committee (page 2268) was before the Senate in second reading. Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis objected. The question being: "Shall the resolution be advanced to third reading?" The roll was taken with the following result: SJR 27 Advance from Second to Third Reading? YEAS: 12 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Dyson, Green, Ogan, Seekins, Stedman, Stevens B, Stevens G, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Nays: Ellis, Elton, French, Guess, Hoffman, Lincoln Excused: Davis, Olson and so, the resolution failed to advance to third reading. SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27 will be on the March 3 calendar.
